Hello everyone, as many homeowners continue to recover from last night's wind storm and power is just now being restored, we have made the decision to cancel our monthly HOA meeting that was scheduled for this evening. If we can find an alternative date next week, we will provide updates accordingly.
Rainbow Springs Community Club is a beautiful, gated community in Arlington, just 3 miles north of Granite Falls, Wa., which is also known as the Canyon Creek area. Our HOA has two divisions which consists of just over 200 lots. We have a Lake Park, River Park and two common areas for amenities.
The Lake is located mid- center in the development with a large park to walk your leashed pets, play frisbee and to spend time with your loved ones. The lake is fed by local trickling springs that run from the Cascade Mountains and nearby lowlands. Members enjoy strolling the lake berm, reading a book on the lake benches, kayaking, riding in paddle boats or fishing on crisp early mornings.
Our River Park is located to the south end of the development which is on the south fork of the Stillaguamish River. Members like to watch local wildlife visit the river in the early morning and evenings, especially the eagles, blue heron and ducks flying upstream in groups and pairs. The River Park has both a sandy beach and shady grass areas which is a perfect area to spend your hot summer day relaxing, having a picnic and take a cool swim in the river.
Our HOA community is governed by 9 elected Board of Trustees which are given primary authority to manage the affairs of the association, and are dedicated to upholding the foundation of the HOA through implementation of the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws and CCR's.
This website is primarily used for informational purposes for our community members and those who wish to live here.
Please report all dangerous situations, vandalism and violations of the Rules and Regulations to the Board immediately by e-mail or calling the hotline. If you are able to take pictures or video, please submit the evidence with your email. Thank you.
E-mail us with your pictures of the community and we'll share them!
