Rainbow Springs Community Club is a picturesque, gated community located in Arlington, just 3 miles north of Granite Falls, WA, within the scenic Canyon Creek area. Our Homeowners Association (HOA) encompasses two divisions, comprising just over 200 lots. Residents benefit from a range of amenities, including Lake Park, River Park, and two additional common areas.
The central lake serves as a focal point of the community, featuring an expansive park where residents can walk their leashed pets, engage in frisbee games, and spend quality time with family and friends. This lake is fed by natural springs flowing from the Cascade Mountains and surrounding lowlands. Members often enjoy leisurely strolls along the lake berm, relaxing on benches, kayaking, paddle boating, or fishing during the tranquil early mornings.
Located at the southern end of the development, our River Park borders the south fork of the Stillaguamish River. Residents frequently delight in observing local wildlife, such as eagles, blue herons, and ducks, as they grace the riverbanks in the early morning and evening hours. The River Park offers both sandy beaches and shaded grassy areas, providing the perfect setting for relaxation, picnics, and refreshing swims during hot summer days.
The governance of our HOA is entrusted to a Board of Trustees elected by the community, consisting of nine dedicated members. Their primary responsibility is to manage the association's affairs while strictly adhering to the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, and Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs).
This website serves as an informational resource for both current community members and prospective residents interested in joining us at Rainbow Springs.
