Speed Limits and Safe Driving
We want to take a moment to remind all residents that the speed limit in our community is set at 15mph, and it is essential to comply with all stop signs. As homeowners, you bear the responsibility of ensuring that these regulations are respected by yourself, your children, their friends, and any visitors to your home. We've observed instances of reckless driving within our neighborhood that endanger the safety of children, residents, and guests alike. It’s crucial for us all to collaborate in maintaining safe roads for everyone in our community. We urge anyone who observes reckless driving to report the property and vehicle involved to the board. We will be addressing violations with utmost seriousness. Your cooperation is vital in helping us maintain a safe community for everyone. |
Use your Parking Pass
It is imperative that ALL homeowners who drive their vehicles to the Lake Park or the River Park have their parking pass clearly visible on the dash or hanging from the rear-view mirror of your vehicle. Without this pass CLEARLY displayed, your vehicle can and will be towed at owner's expense. Parking passes are issued to each homeowner after yearly dues are received in May of each year. Beginning in 2020, a hologram sticker will be issued annually in lieu of a new parking hanger. This sticker is to be placed onto your white hanging parking pass, covering the "2019 and 2020", but not your pass number. If you do not have your pass, or you need to purchase more passes for your household they are sold for $20 per pass, please contact the HOA through e-mail at [email protected] or call and leave a detailed message on our hotline: (360) 691-2683.
