The Board of Directors for RSCC meet monthly to report on the status and wellbeing of our community and to take action for matters brought forth to the board regarding the community. The meetings are open to all community members and attendance is encouraged. Monthly meetings occur on the THIRD WEDNESDAY of every month, unless otherwise stated in the newsletter or Facebook page. Each month, meeting information regarding time and place will be posted on our website and there will be a sign displayed at the gate entrance as a reminder. Annual shareholders meetings are held once per year in April. We will use this page as a repository for all Monthly and Annual Shareholder meeting minutes. Please be advised that the previous month's meeting minutes are approved during the current months' public virtual meeting, and therefore, the minutes posted here will be at one month behind the current calendar month. |
